- Professional Credentials: Primary technical trade, years of experience, skill tags, GitHub/LinkedIn profile URLs, and uploaded resumes/CVs (PDF/DOCX).
- Employer Information: Business legal name, company registration ID, GSTIN/official email, and contact person details.
- Transaction References: 12-digit UPI reference (UTR) numbers and screenshot proofs for employer credit recharge verification.
3. How Your Information Is Used
- To match candidates with verified corporate vacancies without recruitment agency brokerage.
- To enforce fair use: Candidate direct phone numbers are protected behind authenticated contact unlock credits to prevent unsolicited spam.
- To deliver security notifications, job application alerts, and OTP authentication codes.
- We never sell, broker, or rent candidate or employer personal data to third-party telemarketers or external advertising platforms.

JobWay is hosted on enterprise-grade Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, D1 encrypted SQL database, and R2 private object storage). All data transmissions are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
